Tamales

Lupe's sister in law Eva, came over to teach us how to make Tamales. No one new how much lard is in the masa. This won't be the last time that I eat Tamales, but it should be. The crew made beef with a brown sauce, chicken with green sauce and cheese with Jalapenos.
