My offices were closed on the 29th, so Lupe and I picked up Sadie and went to ride bikes at lake murray. We packed a lunch and went for an exploring, rock throwing, knee skinning wet shoozin, carrot eatin adventure and all burnt much energy.
There were all sorts of green things there after the rains. We also found many fresh water clam shells.
Funny, when you walk towards the ducks they swim away.
This was a cactus thing at one point.

Civilized picnic table conversation is such a wonderful thing. Discussing horsey names and colors while crunching carrots...life is good!!!
I really wanted to be part of this conversation...maybe soon once I can actually speak!
